THE ROUND TABLE

Welcome

This is where conversation begins.
Where what you’re confronting is spoken out loud and becomes clarity.

No performance. No posturing.
No pretending you have everything handled.

This is a place to slow down and talk through what you’re carrying in real life.

Work. Relationships. Responsibility. Pressure. Anger. Uncertainty.
The quiet weight that builds when you keep moving forward but don’t stop to process what’s happening inside.

You don’t need the perfect words.
You don’t need a crisis.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Sometimes a different perspective and space to think clearly goes a long way.

These conversations are private and one-on-one.
The goal is clarity, steadiness, and perspective you can carry back into your daily life.

If you’re carrying weight and don’t have the words for it yet,

this is a place to start.

What to Expect

Start by reaching out and briefly explaining what you’ve been wrestling with within yourself.

A helpful way to begin is by naming a life transition or season you are in, after a divorce, after a breakup, after losing a job, during a demanding season at work, or while navigating a major life change.

From there, describe what you have been noticing in yourself, what you have been carrying forward, or the patterns that have begun to show up since that season started.

You do not need perfect words or a full explanation.

A few honest sentences are enough to start the conversation.

I typically reply within 24–48 hours during the work week.
From there, we will decide together what the next step looks like. If it feels like a good fit, we will schedule a conversation and I will send a few questions to help you prepare.

Conversations are one-on-one and typically about an hour long.

Frequency and cost are discussed after initial contact so we can find what makes sense for your situation.

These conversations are not therapy and do not replace professional mental health or medical care.

If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.
